OneCity is a webGIS that allows developers and businesses to identify, evaluate and compare investment opportunities that align with official spatial strategies.
OneCity brings together information sources used by developers and urban planners on a single platform in an interactive cartographic interface with all the information the developer needs abot a land plot. Read more about the project.

Derbent: Planning Regulation
As part of the master plan of the Derbent city I’ve been developing a set of digital services for urban regulation and local governance

The first stage was to rethink and design a new methodology. One of the goals was to incorporate parametric toolsets as part of a regulatory engine to make bureaucratic processes in the region more efficient and transparent.
The second stage involved launching a web platform that became an integral part of the regulation process. It systematically coordinated maintenance decisions with urban elements and optimised project documentation. In this stage, I was in charge of the vision and served as the Lead Product Manager.
The web platform automates the process of obtaining permissions and approving new constructions. It transforms a complex bureaucratic process into a three-step approach, offering various user scenarios for interacting with architectural and urban planning regulations and actively involving the community in the process.

Moscow: Planning Regulation
During this project I developed the framework of Colour Passports for the buildings. Colour Passports is a database which includes a library of building materials and colour palettes and establishes components design standards.
Date: 2019
Location: The cities of Yakhroma and Khotkovo in Moscow Oblast, Russia
Objectives: To develop automated tools for cultivating building facades
My role: Lead Product Manager Researcher
Team: NOVAYAlabs and The Higher School of Economics National Research University Department of Urban and Regional Development

Design solutions are linked to a list of building addresses, which allows for embedding data into the region’s urban planning information system.
The database toolkit enables us to systematically coordinate maintenance decisions with specific building elements and optimise project documentation. Its interface helps users review and make changes to design solutions and automatically generate a colour passport for buildings.
In addition to producing the digital toolkit, this project required clarifying the authority of local governing bodies to regulate the design of building facades. It also involved preparing recommendations for amending the current regulatory framework. Read more about the project.
